Soccer

Hey, so if you didn't realize yet, I play soccer!!! I'm on the Pike Central Lady Chargers soccer team. I play sweeper. If you don't know what that is then it's the position right in front of the goalie. It's defensive position and I pretty much just get whatever gets past the main line of defense.

We haven't had the best of luck at winning, but we try very hard. Our program has only been around for 5 years, so it's still sort of a newer program. We have tied 2 games in the last 5 years and we finally won a game this year!!! It was our very first game this season and it was a very intense game. Last Saturday, we played Forest Park, which is a very good team around here. We lost 11 to 0. :-(
Tonight we will hopefully have a game a against North Posey. It's also Senior Night, so hopefully it doesn't get cancelled because of rain.
